A bike designed for all-day cycling comfort
How you sit and are positioned on a road bike is critical to comfort; and comfort is critical to delivering performance. Many riders putting together their ultimate carbon road bike, utilise the expertise of bike fitters to ensure that the bike fits their unique physiology. Ultimately, the majority of riders are not aiming for the world tour peloton, and their bodies simply want that ultimate in endurance cycling comfort. Questions like this have been consistent in informing our thinking as we set out to create the new Fluidity – to create an endurance road bike that allowed riders to balance the key ingredients in perfect harmony: comfort, performance and responsiveness over long distances.
However, when you ride a TIME bicycle you expect world-leading performance as standard. In the modern road bike arena, cyclists also want the ability to take a wider tyre, delivering speed and comfort. The Fluidity has been developed for modern wide road tyre performance, taking up to 40c tyres and giving you that necessary option. Yes, it will take a tyre with less width. The key thing is that it gives you choice – it adds some fluidity to your setup.
When you step across the top-tube on this industry-leading frameset, you're not experiencing uncomfortable shoulders or how your hands wish for a different grasp on the wheel; you're completely enveloped in the thrill of the ride. Perhaps an espresso and a quick refuel, but never a thought of being done for the day because moments like this should go on forever.
Dyneema for a dynamic journey ahead
Here, in the heart of Europe, we’ve been busy merging memories of bikes that have delivered us to this point in time, before taking a ride into the future. We remember those epic days in the saddle, crossing windswept roads and taking a detour onto the path that flows alongside the Danube, delivering you into the urban expanse of Vienna, where history meets modernity.
Having the ability to create unique and industry-leading carbon bike frames, we designed the Fluidity with rounder tube shaping for optimal stiffness, durability and weight without compromise. And, we added Dyneema into the braided carbon structure, helping with vibration dampening and aiding us in creating a bike where strength and lightness support each other.
Dyneema absorbs and dissipates high-frequency road vibration at a structural level. It’s also lighter than carbon at equivalent strength, reducing overall frameset mass, whilst providing superior toughness vs.
standard carbon fibre, improving long-term durability and impact resistance. It delivers an unrivalled rode quality, combining with our braided carbon structure (BCS) layup to produce a ride that is simultaneously precise and refined. The integration of Dyneema into a braided carbon road bicycle frameset is unique to TIME. This required extensive development of new braiding configurations and layup sequences specifically to harness Dyneema's properties within our BCS manufacturing process.
The result is a frameset whose performance characteristics speak for themselves — felt in every kilometre, built into every layer. It allows us to create carbon bikes that are both stronger and more responsive whilst maximising rider comfort. On an endurance road bike, these attributes are key to creating the ultimate all-day ride.
Stack is back, for the ultimate in endurance cycling
When our skilled designers and artisans set out to create an endurance geometry that never compromises handling precision, they also took time to engage and to listen to the TIME global cycling community. The single most requested improvement from TIME's endurance road customers was stack. Cyclists informed us that they wanted integrated cockpits, but that – generally, across the current endurance bike category in the wider industry – they were unable to get them high enough for comfort on a traditional race geometry. Too many riders were ultimately being forced into a fit that hurt rather than helped. Fluidity solves this definitively, and it allows you to create your own ideal endurance road bike.
Taking this onboard, we set out to optimise stack height across all 5 frameset size options. The Fluidity has 2cm+ taller headtube versus TIME's previous road models. It also has 30mm fork spacer stack — providing maximum adjustability for every rider. This geometry positions the rider with shoulders back rather than down — the natural posture for sustained long-distance – endurance – performance. The Fluidity rider can sustain power output over a full day, breathe freely on those long climbs, and descend with confidence from a stable, powerful position, having our trademark responsive to call upon. Fit and form on a bike is a critical factor, and Fluidity is created to maximize comfort, enabling ultimate performance.
Crucially, this is not done at the cost of handling. Fluidity's geometry is tuned for precision and confidence — not the vague, wallowing feel of a purely comfort-oriented bike. Forget those ‘off-the-peg’ standard industry options – this is a TIME bicycle. It handles like one.

Cable routing is fully internal across all configurations, with clean port entry points and internal management channels that simplify installation and workshop servicing. You already know how precisely engineered the internal aspect of our framesets are.
Open, integrated & flexible
Too often, cyclists are forced in making compromises when purchasing a bike – even at the higher end of the scale. That’s not in our philosophy and the Fluidity is designed to carry forward your own unique cycling requirements. It’s a bike that’s as fluid as your own requirements, because ultimately, integration on a performance endurance bicycle must serve the rider — not define them.
Fluidity's Deda S DCR integrated headset system accepts any semi-integrated or fully integrated handlebar and stem configuration, with a DCR compression ring providing clean internal cable routing throughout. It’s compatible with all current semi-integrated and fully integrated handlebar/stem systems. Yes, there’s a whole lot more to how we’ve designed a clean and uninterrupted cockpit, giving maximum upward adjustment for riders needing more height.
